Ready-to-Ship Items
Processing: 1-3 business days
Domestic: 2-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days
Custom Orders & Made-to-Order
Production Time: As specified by designer (typically 3-14 days)
Shipping Time: Same as ready-to-ship items
Total Time: Production + Shipping time
Yarn Orders
Processing: 1-5 business days
Shipping: 7-14 business days worldwide
Tracking: Provided for all orders
Special Notes
Holidays: May cause delays in processing and delivery
Customs: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees
Insurance: All orders include shipping insurance

Tracking & Delivery
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers that are sent via email once your order ships.
You can also track your order status in your Buyer Dashboard.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll work with the designer/factory and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
