Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Crochyt purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Original payment method
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Eligible for Returns
Items that CAN be returned:
- Ready-to-ship items that don't match the description
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are significantly different from photos
- Wrong items sent by the designer
- Yarn orders that don't match specifications
Not Eligible for Returns
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Custom-made items (unless defective or significantly different from specifications)
- Digital patterns and downloads
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the buyer
- Items missing original packaging or tags
How to Return an Item
- Contact the designer through your Buyer Dashboard within 14 days of delivery
- Explain the reason for your return and include photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Wait for the designer's approval (usually within 48 hours)
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Provide the tracking number to the designer
- Receive your refund within 3-5 business days after the designer receives the return
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact the designer directly. Most designers are happy to accommodate exchanges, but this is at their discretion.
For exchanges, you'll typically need to return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement item.
