Browse listings or patterns, select your specifications, and click "Pay Securely" or "Buy Pattern". You'll be guided through the checkout process with secure payment options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through Paystack, as well as mobile money payments like M-Pesa for Kenyan customers.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items take the specified production time plus shipping. International shipping usually takes 7-14 days.
Can I request custom designs?
Yes! You can request custom designs from any designer, or request modifications to existing listings. Designers will review your request and provide quotes.
How do I become a designer?
Simply register as a buyer, then go to your account settings and apply to become a designer. Once approved, you can start creating listings and accepting custom requests.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Contact the designer directly through our messaging system to discuss any issues. Our team is also available to mediate if needed.
